Please note that due to a system change by the social insurance system, as of January 1, 2023, doctor access to your ELGA data is once again limited to 90 days after the last consultation. This means that e-prescriptions cannot be loaded if your last visit to our office was more than 90 days ago. However, through your ELGA account, you have the option to extend doctor access individually for your treating physician up to 365 days. To continue requesting prescriptions easily between two consultations, we recommend that you make use of this option.
